Puppy Application
Thank you for you interest in Southern Cross Labradoodles.
The purpose of this application is to insure the best Owner/puppy match possible. Please answer each question as completely as possible. A $500.00 deposit is required to reserve a puppy and is applied to the purchase price. The balance is due when they are 6 weeks old. All pups are 3000.00 regardless of sex, color or size. Price includes microchip, spay/neuter contract, 2 year health guarantee against genetically linked diseases and appropriate shots and worming. Puppies are usually homed at 8 weeks of age.
